Mums & Bubs
Pre and Post Natal Pilates is a fantastic to introduce movement and structure into your daily routine. It focuses on building core strength, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility, which can be especially beneficial for new mothers recovering from childbirth.
Group
The group sessions have a maximum of 10 people. Expect to improve your posture and target core muscle groups in our group Mat Pilates class. Available for friends, Brands, Corporate, Bachelorettes and Birthdays!
